He recently earned his Master of Education in Teaching and Teacher Leadership from Harvard University,USA. With over seven years of experience in primary education and more than twelve years in high school and college teaching, he has played a pivotal role in curriculum development, teacher training, and student empowerment in Bangladesh.
A versatile professional, Shamser integrates the arts into educationāhe is a published lyricist, cartoonist, singer, poet, and motivational speaker. His approach enriches learning experiences by combining academic rigor with creative expression.

Shamser is also the Founder and President of Education Justice for Peace (www.edjustice4peace.org), a nonprofit organization built on the belief that every human being deserves educational equity, dignity, and opportunity. His organizationās slogan, āEmpowering Lives Through Love and Dignity,ā reflects its mission to combat social injustice through education and support services.
Through Education Justice for Peace, Shamser offers critical academic programsāsuch as English grammar and math with critical thinking, ESL classes, and college/career guidanceāto underserved and immigrant communities in the U.S. The nonprofit also provides cognitive and social-emotional support (SEL) for immigrant children, housing assistance for newcomers, legal information (including tax guidance), and civic education to build responsible, informed citizens. It also extends compassion and care to older adults who suffer from loneliness or neglect, helping them rediscover joy and community.
Shamser is also actively involved with BostonBangla.us, an online news platform delivering accurate, timely information to the Bangladeshi diaspora. Additionally, he is the Co-founder of WonderAid.org, a motivational initiative that encourages children and youth to perform daily good deeds and rewards their efforts to inspire positive behavior.
